JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is suitable only for candidates who have extensive knowledge of SEM, SMO and excellent
written and verbal English. The chosen candidate will have a highly reputable track record of
working with international clients. The chosen candidate will have great opportunity to grow within
the company and the salary package which will be based on knowledge and experience and will be
above market rates.
Skillset:
• Min 4 yrs experience
• Should have in-depth knowledge of social media engagement, online marketing, SEM, SEO,
interactive marketing etc.
• Must be well versed with the digital space and the technological aspect.
• Have experience in managing large scale digital campaigns for brands across digital mediums.
The Profile:
• SEO (Both On page and Off Page optimization). An in-depth understanding of SEO, external
optimization and all the latest movements in the SEO industry. The ability to articulately
research, conceptualize, execute and monitor SEO campaigns in competitive niches. This includes
establishing targets, complete on-page optimization according to Google' search engine algorithm
and establishing effective external optimization strategies according to the latest Google updates.
• A proven track record backed by a strong portfolio is essentials.
• The ability to set clear campaign targets and monitor results using data from Google webmasters
and other key software tools.
• Ability to create detailed monthly campaign performance reports which include statistical
analysis, recommendations and executive summaries.
• Knowledge of all major tools utilized for SEO analysis including Google Analytics and SEOmoz.
• Proven track record of managing paid search campaigns.
• Google Adwords/Analytics certification will be advantageous.
• To drive the social media strategy. To be the thought leader for all plans.
• An in-depth understanding of social media with the ability to devise social media strategies across
Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus to increase visibility in search engines.
• To achieve the set targets on Social Media.
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic.
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data for the digital space.
• Review reports, setting up new strategy and planning; keeping the company at the forefront of
developments in digital marketing.
• An excellent understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for websites and landing
pages.
• Being adept at using Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.
• Being comfortable liaising with and instructing junior SEO team members, web developers, and
external content writers.
• Having excellent verbal and written English to effectively communicate and build relationships
with high profile clients.
• Excellent analysis and critical reasoning ability.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
Additional requirements:
• Must be a team player, yet, disruptive in approach.
• Must be passionate about the digital Media Marketing.
• High energy, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in an environment that requires regular
evaluation and negotiation of priorities
